2025 - 2026 Volunteer Program - Annual 2026

EGGSL is proud to offer a Volunteer Program for individuals seeking volunteer opportunities or community service hours. This program provides a way to support our league throughout the year by helping at events, working in the snackbar, or assisting with league activities.

Annual Registration: Registration is required annually at no cost. In order to sign up for volunteer shifts, you must first be registered in this program.

Account Requirement: Each volunteer must have their own TeamSideline account. Parents may choose to manage their child’s account if preferred and will then receive all Volunteer Opportunity communications on their behalf.

Volunteer Hours Verification: The Volunteer Manager and Snackbar Coordinator are authorized to sign off on any formal volunteer service slips once hours have been completed.

By registering for this program, you will gain access to volunteer opportunities, earn service hours, and play an important role in supporting our league and community. Thank you for your commitment to making a difference!

Umpire Registration - Annual 2026

EGGSL is accepting umpire registrations for our 2026 Seasons. No prior experience is required — we offer multiple in-house clinics and host a USA Softball Umpire Clinic.

Umpires should be prepared to officiate games independently unless scheduled with a second umpire at the board’s discretion.

Pay Rates

  • Adult Umpires: $65 per game
  • Independent Youth Umpires: $40 per game
  • Paired Youth Umpires: $30 per game — available upon request; your partner must also agree to the paired rate

Registration Includes

  • USA Softball background clearance
  • Training clinic(s)
  • Official USA Softball umpire certification
  • Guaranteed minimum of two (2) scheduled Umpire Assignments

Umpire Requirements

  • Provide your own umpire gear (EGGSL Gear is available for use with a Equipment Deposit Add-On) 
  • Uniform: Official EGGSL umpire shirt (available as Add-On), Black athletic pants and Black athletic shoes
